Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Resilient Thread order. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition, free of odors, stains, pet hair, and other signs of wear, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges are subject to availability. Because some items may be produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will still be available. 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
